Log in to your bank
Open your bank's internet banking website or mobile app and log in.

Find Interac e-Transfer
Look for 'Send Money' or 'Interac e-Transfer' in the menu.

Add recipient
Add pay@kgongoo.com as the recipient email address.

Enter amount and memo
Enter your payment amount. In the memo field, please include your full name.

Send
After sending, our team will confirm within 24 hours and your order will be finalized.
Important notes
- · Without your name in the memo, payment confirmation may be delayed
- · If auto-deposit is enabled, no security question is required
